Plus de 600 journalistes, dont 50 r\u00e9dactrices et r\u00e9dacteurs en chef, se sont engag\u00e9s pour cette r\u00e9vision. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce renversement de situation au Conseil des Etats est une surprise: par deux fois, la commission des institutions politiques (CIP) du Conseil des Etats avait recommand\u00e9 de ne pas entrer en mati\u00e8re sur l\u2019initiative parlementaire de la conseill\u00e8re nationale Edith Graf-Litscher. La Chambre des cantons a finalement chang\u00e9 de cap, approuvant le projet par 25 voix contre 18.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ce revirement est notamment d\u00fb aux d\u00e9put\u00e9es et d\u00e9put\u00e9s du PLR et de l\u2019UDC qui se sont, avec la gauche du Conseil, prononc\u00e9s pour un acc\u00e8s en principe gratuit aux documents de l\u2019administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sistance du Centre <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le parti du Centre a de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 en bloc \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9moluments soient maintenus. Heidi Z\u2019graggen (Le Centre\/UR) a soulign\u00e9 que le but n\u2019\u00e9tait pas d\u2019affaiblir le fondement de la transparence dans l\u2019administration, mais de ne pas r\u00e9percuter sur la collectivit\u00e9 les charges de travail \u00e9lev\u00e9es de quelques individus.<\/p>\n<div class=\"infobox\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Voici comment les d\u00e9put\u00e9es et d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont vot\u00e9 Pr\u00e8s de 97% des demandes d\u2019acc\u00e8s sont aujourd\u2019hui trait\u00e9es gratuitement. Lisa Mazzone (Verts\/GE) a tenu \u00e0 rappeler au pl\u00e9num que m\u00eame une centaine de francs d\u2019\u00e9moluments peut signifier la fin d\u2019une recherche journalistique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019appel des m\u00e9dias a \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Loitransparence.ch<\/em> est extr\u00eamement satisfaite de la d\u00e9cision du Conseil des Etats. Par le pass\u00e9, des r\u00e9dactions ont d\u00fb\u00a0 aller jusqu\u2019au Tribunal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour contester des d\u00e9cisions d\u2019\u00e9moluments de l\u2019administration. (Image: SRF)<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><\/p><\/div>\n<p>L\u2019association <em>Loitransparence.ch<\/em> et le r\u00e9seau des journalistes d\u2019investigation investigativ.ch se sont engag\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des parlementaires pour mettre fin aux \u00e9moluments dans la loi sur la transparence. Les principales entreprises de m\u00e9dias (SSR, l\u2019association Schweizer Medien, Tamedia, Ringier etc.) et plus de 600 journalistes, dont 50\u00a0r\u00e9dactrices et r\u00e9dacteurs en chef (Le Temps, Tamedia, CH Media etc.) se sont adress\u00e9s au Parlement en mai dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oeffentlichkeitsgesetz.ch\/francais\/2021\/05\/payer-pour-la-transparence-laissez-nous-travailler\/\">une lettre ouverte<\/a>, lui demandant d\u2019abolir les taxes en lien avec les demandes d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux documents officiels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garder l\u2019\u0153il ouvert lors de l&rsquo;application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision est \u00e9galement r\u00e9jouissante pour les citoyennes et citoyens. Au cours des derniers est apparu un foss\u00e9 entre une partie \u00e9tonnamment importante de la population et les autorit\u00e9s. Dans ce contexte, il n&rsquo;est pas opportun de les rendre encore plus difficiles d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s par le biais d&rsquo;\u00e9moluments.
